Do you use Skype?
Did you know you can setup Skype not only to make voice only or audio video calls but can also setup a voice mailbox to have people leave you voicemail messages which show up in your email inbox that allows you to go to Skype and retrieve the voicemail.

This is very good if you travel out of the county, if you know people out of the country or just want an alternative to FaceTime or iChat.
